VISA Credit Cards - Processor Upgrade Info

On 2/21/10, we upgraded our credit card processor. Read here to learn more about these changes.

Online Access
The website that online access is available through is changing. You will no longer logon to www.ezcardinfo.com. The new site, InfoLinkPlus, is now available.

Please note that you will be required to re-enroll your account and set up your UserID and password on your first visit.

Activating Your New Card
By now, you should have received your new card and your new PIN in the mail. You must call 800-527-7728 to activate your account. From this point on, your old card will no longer be valid, so be sure to activate the new account, and be sure to cut up and discard your old card.

Please be sure to sign your new card - your card is not valid if not signed!

What's Changing?
Because we are upgrading our processor, we have sent you a new card with a new card number, a new expiration date, and a new PIN.

You may change your PIN as soon as you receive it. Simply dial 800-221-9648 to select your personal PIN over the phone.

Automatic Charges
If you have automatic charges set on your card (i.e. insurance company, internet service provider, health club, subscriptions, etc) then you must immediately notify these merchants of your new card number and expiration date to avoid service interruption.

Electronic Payments
If you make payments to your credit card using an online payment service (online bill pay from WCU or any other institution) you will need to immediately update the payment mailing address to the address below, and update the account number to ensure proper credit.
