Important Updates
You will be receiving a packet in the mail in the coming weeks. This packet includes an account signature card, our account terms & conditions, our courtesy overdraft opt-out form, our debit card overdraft opt-in form, our privacy policy, and fee schedule.
Please complete the signature card, and privacy policy opt-out (optional) and return in the provided addressed envelope.

When does the merger officially go into effect?
The effective date of the merger is November 30, 2022.
What are some benefits I will get from WestStar Credit Union?
We offer a variety of products and services that you previously didn't have access to like free checking accounts with debit cards, online and mobile banking with remote deposit capture, and various loan types like credit cards, home equities, and mortgages.
We are also offer a special CD promotional rate for LVUP members! We are offering a 15 month CD at 3.60% APR exclusively for former LVUP members. If you are interested, please stop by a branch or give us a call to get started.
When will I receive my new account number?
Your new account number will go into effect on December 1. Account numbers will be 8-digits and be your current LVUP number starting with 555 and filler zeros.
For example, if your LVUP account number now is 1234, your WestStar account number would be 55501234.
I had a secure word on my account. What happens to that?
Your secure word will transfer over, so if you want to access your account or need information we will be asking for your secure word to verify the account.
What is WestStar's routing number?
Routing #322484634. You can also find this at the bottom of every webpage on our website.
What happens with my direct deposit?
Your direct deposit will automatically transfer over, so there are no additional steps you need to take.
If you want to change your direct deposit, you will need to contact your employer or the company you have your direct deposit setup with to update your information. Please use your WestStar account number and our routing #322484634.
How do I receive a debit card?
We offer instant issue debit cards, so the quickest way to receive your card is to stop by a branch and have one issued to you right there. If you are unable to make it to a branch, please call us and we can mail a debit card to the address we have on file.
Do you have ATMs?
All of our branches have ATMs. We also have ATMs at the back of house of most casinos in Las Vegas. You also have access to over 30,000 ATMs across the country through the Co-Op Shared ATM network. Just look for the little red triangle in the bottom corner of an ATM or use the Co-Op ATM locator.
Will I receive the same rate on my share account?
Yes! We are honoring the rate you currently have with LVUP on your account for up to 12 months. This gives you time to look at our other interest earning accounts like CDs, Money Markets, and a free consultation with our financial advisor to help your money work for you.
What about tax documents?
If you earned dividends with LVUP, WestStar will be sending out a 1099 for your account with LVUP for 2022. If you earn more than $10 on your new WestStar account before the end of the year, you will also receive a 1099 from WestStar.
What if I have a loan with LVUP?
All of your original loan term and current balance will transfer. If you had credit life and disability insurance on the loan, it will be terminated on November 30th at midnight. You have the option to add insurance back on with WestStar’s insurance program, but will need to complete our credit life and disability coverage form. This may also effect your monthly payment and term of your loan.

What if I have a reloadable card with LVUP?
Your LVUP reloadable card will still work. You cannot add any additional funds to it. Once your balance on your card is depleted, the card cannot be reloaded and will be obselete. We encourage you to open a free debit card with us as soon as you are able to be able to freely access your funds in your WestStar account.
